Yeah, I know, it's all in how you present yourself . . . . the dredful game we have to play when you know you're suited for it, but you have to put on the convincing act.

okay............selling yourself can't be easy, and tell her when she interviews to not cross her arms or legs. It creates a wall or fence to the interviewer. Just watch the body language. And remember to make eye contact.

Right now, I'm still waking upwith a cup of coffee with cinnamon-vanilla creamer after completing a special assignment at work yesterday.

During the special assignment, I was handing out samples of fresh, tropical fruit and pineapple, upside-down cake.

Don't sweat it because there are mornings where I needed uber-motivation for the race training especially when the house had no heat until an hour ago.

I'm going to walk up two flights of stairs to go to bed - is that exercise?

I will count it as excercise since it is double the number of stairs I walk up!

I count walking the stairs as exercise, seeing that I walk up and down them 12'x's a day! Okay..drinking watered down lemonade and ice. Gotta find some other fruit to put in it. Anyone put fruit in ice water? Would like to hear some suggestions! smile.gif

I've heard of putting lemon slices in water and there was a restaurant where they would place cuccumber slices in their H2O.
