lol..I thought Bono was against the mullets. Did like that Adam look, it was so chill. It must annoy Bono that whenever he's on a show being serious. We all blab about his hair and looks. Please forgive us B-man. You know we love you!

I'll be watching Charlie Rose tonight. :P

I love both of these versions - I've never heard another singer interpret a U2 song as well as she does - [maybe Jack White's Love is Blindness] -  anyway - great to hear

It is always great to see Bono doing charity events with other well known artists. Bono and Mary J Blige sing so well together. :)

Matt Damon took quite a pledge in February: Until everyone has access to clean water and sanitation, he's promised not to use the bathroom. Damon's semi-serious Toilet Strike is meant to raise awareness of a very real public health crisis. A staggering 780 million people across the world – one ninth of the global population – still lack access to safe water and adequate sanitation.

Damon has been joined by a few friends on his quest, as you can see in this exclusive clip. Bono, Virgin chairman Richard Branson and actress Olivia Wilde have all lent their support to the Toilet Strike in a show of unity. "I remember when Matt first brought up the idea – it was a meeting of the Illuminati," quips Bono in the clip. Adds Wilde, "I only got in because I'm an android from the future."

Visit StrikeWithMe.org for more information and to find out how to get involved with Damon's awareness campaign.

Rocker Bono made an appearance at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, but this time, he was in the audience.

The U2 frontman, 53, attended New York University's graduation ceremony to cheer on his youngest daughter, 21-year-old Eve Hewson.

Wearing his trademark orange sunglasses and a black suit, Bono and wife Ali Hewson watched the throngs of joyous purple-robed scholars.

Though he arrived with little fanfare, Bono couldn't escape the attention of his fans. He took time to take snapshots alongside several student fans.

Nor was he the only famous face in attendance. "Flight" actor Denzel Washington also took a seat alongside the crowd of proud parents and friends to watch his daughter Olivia Washington get her diploma.

Hewson studied acting at NYU, and isn't taking much time before putting her degree to work. She already starred alongside Sean Penn in 2011's "This Must Be the Place," and has two other projects lined up, including upcoming crime drama "Blood Ties."

Hewson told The Irish Independent that her celebrity dad was originally against her decision to go into show business.

"It's because they know that world, and it's really hard," Hewson explained. "For a young female, especially, it's excruciating. The rejection is awful, the competition is terrifying, and you're constantly up and down."

But Hewson was determined, and committed to her studies at NYU before launching a full-time film career.

"There were times when I wondered if I was doing the right thing, studying when I could have been going to auditions. But it was important to me to train and know what I was doing," she said.

And even with a famous father like Bono, Hewson isn't taking anything for granted.

"I don't get handed money-and I never will," Hewson told The Irish Independent. "I have to work!"
