Presale questions for new dates Sept / Oct 2017 (merged)

Using Chrome and the TM desktop site, I can't get anything but Red Zone and VIP stuff in St. Louis.

Same for the TM app.

I don't have the option to switch to a different browser at work.

That's the package, you can check on "Rango de precios" and it's the exact same ame price for both tickets.

Mejor en español no? Jajaja. Tienes razón y quizá sea un error. Lo mismo vi en la página de TM en USA, específicamente para el concierto de Indianapolis. GA y Red Zone tenían el mismo precio pero al momento de seleccionar Red Zone, cambiaba a $350 USD.

No luck for Buffalo, I've been trying since 10:00am. Called TicketMaster they couldn't get access using my code to GA either, I've been on hold for 1 hour with U2 800 number which TicketMaster told me to call.

Tried going through the internet browser on my phone for Mpls, and this time I just got a "sorry, no tickets available" after entering my code instead of "VIP unlocked", so .... progress?  Ha ha.

Puede ser, yo pagué $5,000 por Redzone la ultima vez que vinieron. Y ni estuve adentro, por qué me encontré amigos y mejor me quedé con ellos en GA.

Call them directly.  I did so for the Pasadena show the day I purchased and they exchanged.

My sister's unused code worked for KC.    My code with one ticket left still doesn't work.

Now this.....it shows GA as available on the right and even says Red hill presale....but when I click on "unlock" and enter my code....I get this.....the only thing my code unlocks is VIP and RZ....

i am having the same problem and have tried different browsers - Minn & KC won't let me look at tickets.  Indianapolis will let me see the GA but say my code does not open those tickets - we need help!

Mexico...
precios y detalles tendras que checarlo en Ticketmaster una vez que entres a la preventa... no tengo esa info a la mano

Pues en la gira 360, no valía mucho la pena, si estás más cerca del escenario, pero ves menos, solo ves una pequeña parte, y estos conciertos son para ver más todo el escenario, así que Admisión General es mucho mejor. Recuerdo que entrabas por otra entrada, por la misma que entraba el grupo al escenario, tenias mejores baños, venta de cervezas diferente y tienda de souvenirs separada igual. Peor solo estuve 30 minutos y me salí a Admisión General.

Wow en serio!! Yo pense que estabas pegado del escenario jaja. Me imagino que con el Red Zone también se tiene acceso al GA

I pulled up a GA for KC early, but it wouldn't complete the sale. Now I can't get any tickets to show. I've only bought 1 ticket so far this tour.

Furthermore, if you call and they don't, call again and talk to someone else.  The first time I called, the person wouldn't do it...but I called again and spoke to another agent that did!  Good luck!
