I'm trying to work out which venue that was at! I can't place those steps...  where was it?

It was Mr Kyps in Poole!

I saw "unforgettable fire" at a tiny bar about 10 years ago! They were great; way better than that nasty Jaegermeister!

I’ve seen a few U2 tributes and enjoyed them all.

More recently I’ve seen Zooropa in Ireland and U2-UK in England and both were brilliant and would thoroughly recommend them. Off to see U2-UK in Chesterfield at the end of November and can’t wait.

Saw December in Berlin too. Love the twist of a female singing the vocals. If not checked them out have a listen.

I want to catch U2 Baby and U2-2 at some point too.

Cheers Ric, I wanted to get to the cavern but clashed with kids stuff. Looked good with the Irish fan club over! Went to U243 at church and that was great. Will try for April at the Cavern. I’ve had a listen a few times on mixlr and enjoyed it. In fact, I met you in RZ at Twickenham in 2017 and at Claridges the day before!

Hope the rest of the years gigs go good 👍

...and it was a great one! 😎

I’ll include all the shots that are not too big from it.

They did an acoustic version of “Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses”, and it was great! 😎

This is them playing it.

I can’t remember which song this was, but at least it’s small enough to post. I think this was a wide angle shot too.

They played for over 2 hours and performed songs from “Boy” to ATYCLB (at least one from each album between those two; AB and JT got the most songs played) - they even did “The Electric Co.” with the “Cry” intro.

They are worth catching anytime you can see them. I’ll be catching their next local show for sure! 😎
