And now, GA is of course no longer available....

GA or 'VIP Floor' as this venue seems to be calling them looks really small in the seating plan from the website. Unfotunately may indeed be already fully allocated, all we can do here is suggest you keep trying up until Tuesday when U2.com presales end, some GA may pop up, fingers crossed for you.

Shipping should've been started. It's september by now.😀 Who's got an email that the gift is shipped?

Not started shipping yet, but shouldn't be too long now I expect... soon as we hear its going out, we will do a feature on it

I didn’t have the issue but others reported it and it’s the most sensible explanation as to why this particular ticket outlet is the only one in years where you could not split your code as you wish.

It does state that Singapore codes are one use time only (in FAQ and on ticket agency website landing page for the presales, and this has happened in recent times in a small number of other countries (different ticketing systems / laws & rules in each country dictate what that policy will be).

This is the response that I got.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you might not have received your presale code. At this moment, there is an issue with the distribution of codes. The fan club is aware of this matter and it is being worked on. We can only suggest that you keep reviewing your fan club account. Your presale code will be located at the "tours" link and "account info" section.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    chasing up, thanks

Big wave, I'm guessing this is a "no", but forgive me for asking...

I was caught in the Red Zone "address" issue earlier. Had 3 RZ tickets in the basket but couldn't checkout.

Bought 3 Cat 1 seats instead as I didn't want to miss out.

Now the RZ issue is resolved, obviously I can't use my presale code again, but is there any way my tickets can be exchanged with me making an extra payment for the difference to secure the RZ tickets that I was denied buying earlier?!

Thanks as always for the amazing mods support.

    Here's hoping!

Its worth sending an email in to SportsHub I reckon, making your case

Wanted to highlight a question/concern to the Mods about the Singapore show:

I was one of the people that managed to purchase GA tickets about 30 hours early (on Sat 15 June - the ticket and the transaction were cancelled shortly thereafter).  But the potential issue I wanted to highlight is that on the GA ticket from 15 June (bought early & cancelled after) the Gate listed for entry is Gate 9.  However, the GA ticket bought during the Red Hills presale today (Sun), 16 June, lists Gate 15 for entry.  If National Stadium is planning on admitting GA ticket holders through multiple gates, this may raise concerns with any fan-managed numbered queue system.  Not sure if this is an issue that will be sorted out at the venue or if there is advance communication that can happen to minimize everyone's anxiety at the venue.

Singapore GA line... it has started already???!!! (Just kidding - something to note for nearer time tho, thanks for info)

Hallelujah - thank you all and to ‘smell the flowers’. That was not without stress.  It’s now 4am here and no way can I get think about going back to bed now - I’m zinging  with adrenaline.  I entered the address of the hotel I had intended to book (but not booked yet).  Fortunately I had the details saved and they were easy to open and get the address. So really I haven’t even booked this hotel yet but I’ve put the address in anyway.  It didn’t seem to mind at all - it was almost like as soon as the country was put in as Singapore you could have put any old address in.  The bug was obviously in the fact that any non Singapore country wasn’t compatible with the ‘venue collection only’ drop down.  Now I had better go in and change my address back.... but I am worried in case it cancels my red zone tix....🤔

Well done. If at first you don't succeed... and all that. Trying to get the Singapore only address thing fixed, but this seems good workaround for now
