    When you placed the order you received a confirmation email... please check for if you saved it... if not, it's possible that it's still in your store profile.

    If both fail to provide the information, please contact the store customer service...

  2. Latest news from the pressing plant is that manufacturing will be complete early next week and dispatch begin shortly after.  Depending on delivery times and customs clearance, we’re advised that subscribers will begin to receive their double CD sets later this month.

    Thanks for your patience with a process that took longer than anticipated, meanwhile we’re adding two more tracks for immediate download: Iris (Hold Me Close) recorded live at the Bell Centre, Montreal, in  June last year and The Blackout, recorded in Belfast last October.

    If you subscribed - or resubscribed - to U2.com for 2019 and selected as your gift 'U2 Live Songs of iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE' , FOURTEEN of the 23 tracks are now available on your Account Info page.

  4. When you resubscribed (or subscribed if it's the first time) you got 2 confirmation emails... please locate those...

    The system for the shop has been upgraded, but there are still some parts that are needed to use some working... if you can't go from u2.com, please use the direct login: https://shop.u2.com/

    From there, please log in again using your u2.com shop account and password - not the u2.com ones. From there you can check any possible issue.

    Am I doing something wrong, or are they sold out for this presale?

    The (RED) Zone tickets are in very limited quantities — it's not unusual that these are the first ones to go out.

    You can keep trying, but it's also a good idea to consider other sections...

    Yes, this is correct...
    For those who may have missed this email, I would suggest to check email periodically the following days — not only the regular mailbox but also the spam/similar...

    In the event that days pass and you still don't receive this email, maybe it's the moment to contact the BookMyShow customer service [24/7 Customer Care | Phone: 022 61445050 OR 022 339895050]. Explain to them that the information you received is that the ticket pickup dates are between September 24 and November 15, but you are aware that there is an email with the correct dates and that you ask for this email/correct information...

    In any case, by now you know about the correct dates, since many have received that particular email. There shouldn't be any issue collecting your tickets closer to the show... we recommend you to save any and all emails you received from them (I'll go as far as to print them!). Also, to check periodically Zootopia for if there's any update...

    For the moment... just wait...

    on past shows the usual procedure is that these are available only on the day of the show...

    Please wait until the date is closer — it's very likely you will get an email with detailed instructions about how, when and where you will collect your (RED) Zone tickets...

    Ah...want to ask here again: do you think this is going to be the very final show of the tour?
    I know they've announced it as final show (while they didn't do so neither for Seoul no Manila). But they did that 2 yrs ago in Sao Paolo. The third show in Sao Paolo as announced as final show, but after 4 weeks a 4th show has been added as final show.

    I am not sure whether I wait until Oct 1 before I book my final return flight :)

    at this moment there isn't any indication there will be another show added...

    Just to be on the safest side: please save any and all emails you receive. If possible even print them for if they are needed.
    Please also keep checking periodically Zootopia, for any update on this issue...
