  1. It took a bit of trial and error last week for the first sales, but we figured it out. Glad it worked for you.
  2. You have to enter your number in two places, first one is entered like : 12051234567; in the 2nd time it's like this: +12051234567
  3. Sorry? I told someone they could use their credit card to get addition tickets in the public sale and told another person that if they had already purchased 4 tickets during the presale, they had reached their allotment, that no new codes would be issued. Not sure why your code doesn’t have a line through it if you have purchased 4 tickets for the upcoming shows; but 4 tickets is the limit. From the FAQs: Q - How Many Tickets can I buy? What is the ticket limit? A - As a paid-up U2.com Subscriber you are eligible to purchase up to FOUR (4) tickets for any show or combination of shows (for example you can purchase 2 tickets for a show in Brisbane and 2 tickets for a show in Adelaide, or 1 ticket for Brisbane, 1 ticket for Adelaide, 1 ticket for Melbourne and 1 ticket for Sydney.) All ticketing presale code use is audited, and anyone found to be abusing presale privileges risks cancellation of ticket purchases and U2.com subscription.
  4. I have been unable to find one.
  5. There will be no new presale codes issued for the 2nd shows. If you have already bought 4 tickets, you have met your allotment at this time, hence the line through your code.
  6. The emails go out in batches. It has nothing to do with how long you’ve been a subscriber.
  7. Good to know you figured it out.
  8. Yes. If you still have tickets left on your code, you may purchase tickets in the upcoming presale. Like your example, if you have used 2, you still have 2 to use, limit being 4 tickets total for the codes.
  9. It may be worth contacting LiveNation to see if they can tell you. If you find out something, let us know.
  10. There are typically service charges, but normally those are worked into the ticket price total when you are checking out. Did you happen to get ticket insurance?
  11. And start completely over. Seems several people have had to do that.
  12. Call your card issuer and see what they see from their end.
  13. Did you try starting a whole new transaction with your Citibank card?
  14. The last time I saw 40, I cried before it even started. Edge walked over to Adam’s side and I knew it was coming.
  15. This is directly from the Yes24 website: Ultimately, find what works best for you; make sure you have access to more than one option.
  16. If possible, I would consider adding The Internet Explorer browser to be on the safe side.
  17. Subscription gifts have not mailed out yet. Please check back periodically for updates. In the meantime, you can download and listen to 6 of the songs on your account page.
  18. Please also note from the yes24 page that is says that trying to buy tickets from a Mac or Chrome is “unsteady”. It is advised to try to make your purchase from a PC if possible.
  19. Patience and Zen.....I know the anticipation of knowing is hard, but you are seeing U2 in Tokyo, which is very crazy cool.
