That's great info... where did you find that?I haven't used ticketmaster for a while, can you select a specific price range when booking or does it just default to best available (highest price)? From here http://blog.ticketmaster.co.uk/music/u2-announced-huge-uk-date-heres-get-tickets-30621/?tm_link=tm_homeA_news2 For ticketmaster you can either do best available or select a price range Sorted thanks!!!

Don't worry found the info in the TM blog. Guess the only remaining question is whether the £70 ticket price is just standing or wether there are seats and standing available at the same price point.

  4. I contacted Live Nation and they said that standing tickets were standing only with no unreserved seating. However they said that it was subject to change (I suspect that applies to every statement they make).

Hi BigWave... I really wish Ticketmaster (or someone) would confirm all of the price levels for seated tickets at Twickenham. Is that too much to ask the day before they go on sale? If you click the drop down arrow below the £40.30-£187 "range" then it just states two different prices, either £40.30 or £187 and nothing else in between. I am sure this isn't the case but it really doesn't help me work out with my friends which tickets we want.
  6. I really hope there will be some more info soon (e.g., before 8:50am on Wednesday). From what I can see it seems that if you want a seat at Twickenham you have a choice of £40 nosebleed or £187. Is there nothing in-between the two? Is "standing" just standing or is the lower tier unreserved seating for standing/GA (like many stadium shows in the U.K.). Will try and call ticketmaster tomorrow but would appreciate it if u2.com could help!
  7. Red Hill group is for the long time subscribers... I think the discussion is about "club VIP access", there is a question about whether that is another tier of membership. My assumption is no and it is for purchasing VIP packages.
  8. Maybe if you want to purchase a VIP package you can do that from Weds irrespective of whether you are "Red Hill" or "Wires". Only a guess... but I assume it relates to VIP packages as opposed to another tier of membership.
  9. There is another reason why this might make sense, especially in Europe. They will be playing outdoors in UK and Ireland in July, about a month earlier than they have done in the past with previous stadium tours. At that time of year it does not get dark until nearly 10pm at night and the traditional lighting design for Streets doesn't quite have the same impact in broad daylight :-). My guess is Streets will be towards the end of the show...
  10. My account info states I'm in the Red Hill Group (Long term subscribers)!!!!!!So looks like they are differentiating! :-D Where does it say that? I was former Propaganda and u2.com since day 1 but my group just says "Group Subscriber (paid)" It's OK... found it, I was looking at the Zootopia profile info. I am in Red Hill:-)

  12. Is there any clarification on this issue? I have also received an email worded: "As a subscriber yet to take part in a U2ieTour presale, we’re pleased to invite you to enter a ticket presale for one of the band’s Belfast or Dublin shows this November." However I used my code last December and I don't know if the code in the email is the same one or not. My sub runs March to March.
  13. I was wondering what this would mean for Stufish and Willie but her CV confirms U2 are working with all three :-). http://esdevlin.com/sys/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/CV-Es-Devlin.pdf She also worked on U2's performances at the EMAs, Graham Norton and Jools Holland.
  14. Although I received the pair of tickets I bought in the presale I still haven't received another single ticket which I purchased in the public sale. They are being released in batches so I guess we just need to be patient... plenty of time yet :-).
  15. Just received some e-tickets this morning for London 1. These were the first two I purchased through my eXPERIENCE code. Still waiting for another which I purchased in the public sale.
