  1. That's good Michelle, because it feels like our email addresses have been hacked somehow. Know loads of zootops who got them!
  2. Did you use your code before or after you re-subscribed last time? I'm assuming that's the deciding factor.
  3. I followed the guidelines straight after the announcement, which said I needed to renew, as I had used a code on the JT Tour. Even though I renewed in February 2017 and my renewal was set for March 2018. Now I wish I hadn't since I haven't joined a presale since my last re-subscription (the JT presale I joined was in January), and I think if I'd have waited it would have gone to complete on its own after a few days. It's not so much the money because the extension gets added to the end, it's the fact that I won't be able to re-sub in January 2018 for a code for Europe, which, by rights, I'm entitled to. I've contacted Live Nation asking for my renewal NOT to go through but I think there's zero chance of that! And I don't want to block the payment at my credit card and risk making my account Incomplete again. Any guidance for this situation?!
  4. I assume they are GAs / credit card entry? I would say yes but give him your ID (photo driving licence) as well just to be safer.
  5. If you use 'find seats for me' NOT the map, they've been coming up at £100.80 (not £180).

    GA tickets 26th

    See TABBYCRAFTS's post! Good luck...
  7. Hi Natashin Wouldn't you need to send your credit card to the buyer?
  8. Seats are hard tickets so no, the card and ID parts don't apply.
  9. I think SMS is only used for confirmation if you buy in person at the box office. If you DO have to enter it, I'd put it on your profile NOW, rather than wait until tomorrow. It will no doubt tell you if it doesn't like the first format you try.
  10. You enjoyed it then?! You really DO have to be there to truly appreciate it all.
  11. There's a whole debate going on in another thread: http://zootopia.u2.com/topic/32610-ticket-limit/ Not helped by TM giving different advice to different people. My opinion (and it's only an opinion) is 2 per household PER EVENT. So if you got 2 for 1 night in presale, you could get 2 for another night in public sale. But not for the same night, even if it's your hubby's card as the same address is still an issue.
  12. It needs to be there beforehand as they will authorise against the card before confirming the purchase
  13. Regular! Then you will have the choice of trying for standing, or the various seat price ranges. Good luck!
  14. I don't believe you can choose to post to an address other than the billing address. So it's looking like, anyone lucky enough to get through and pull 2 tickets to the same show as bought on presale, would need to borrow mum or dad's card (or someone at a totally different address) to complete the sale. Then if they're GA, take their credit card and ID on a little holiday to Ireland in November!
  15. TICKETS ARE NOW SOLD Sadly looking to sell 2 tickets: Barcelona Saturday 10th October Section 103 Row 13 2 adjacent seats Face value €190.5 each, so €381 for the pair These are self-print / PDFs which I would forward by email. Unfortunately my recovery from knee surgery is taking longer than expected, plus with Ireland being announced, it is closer and gives my knee longer to feel better! Any questions or interest, please let me know by PM.
  16. Official Announcement Ticket Limit.tiff This is what is on the home page - a zoom in on the original announcement
  17. I don't think there will be any more added, Bono is quoted in the Irish Times article as saying: “We can only do the four shows in Dublin because of what is known as ‘avails’ – the venue is being used on other dates. These shows will be extra special for us.” Link: http://www.irishtimes.com/culture/music/u2-confirm-dates-for-six-irish-shows-in-november-1.2344885
  18. I posted this in a different thread but no wonder we are confused: The initial official announcement says "2 per person / transaction". Then later, "There is a (presale) limit of two tickets per subscription". The later U2 news article says "Tickets for the Irish shows go on sale at 9am on Monday 14th September, will be limited to 2 per purchaser" which to me, is different. Ticketmaster just says "Please adhere to published ticket limits." SSE Arena website says "Ticket limit 2 per transaction" which is more like the first one again! 3 Arena website says "2 per purchaser" again. On the US leg, presale limits and public sale limits did not get added together, it was OK to buy on both, regardless of whether it was the exact same date or not. I don't want to risk any cancellations later on....
  19. 5th October is the FIRST night in Barcelona, not the second....
  20. Hi Aidan I think there is something wrong with TM mobile sites, have you looked on a full desktop site, and is the money out of your account?
  21. The initial official announcement says "2 per person / transaction". Then "There is a (presale) limit of two tickets per subscription". I can't see the line you mention? Is the line you quote per gig, or for the whole leg? SSE Arena website says "Ticket limit 2 per transaction" which is more like the first one again! 3 Arena website says "2 per purchaser" again. On the US leg, presale limits and public sale limits did not get added together, it was OK to buy on both. CONFUSED! And don't want to risk any cancellations later on....
  22. Hi mods The ticket limits are slightly contradictory in different places.....and apologies if this has been answered already.... Can you buy 2 tickets in presale, then 2 in the public sale and not breach any limit? Does it matter if it's the same gig or a different gig? Many thanks!
