  1. both times i've called customer service to clarify, they've said since i used a code for us leg, use of the current code for european leg will result in cancellations of new order, previous order and membership. eek.
  2. i called customer service and they said if i got tickets on leg 1 with experience pre-sale, i'm done. if i order with the code that now appears, the order will get cancelled. i resubscribed before the fall pre-sales as instructed to be verified. got msg1 with experience pre-sale code. when european pre-sales started, a pre-sale code appeared. i don't want to use the code and then have everything cancelled including my membership can mods clear this up for us? thanks!
  3. looks like they've extended everyone's subscription. http://www.u2.com/help
  4. my subscription was due to expire dec 2, 2015 but now it says that my subscription has been extended to jan 31, 2016. anybody else experience this? i was going to subscribe tonight to avoid having my status expire. what should i do now? thanks
  5. 10a for my wife/ga's/msg...got in and snagged them. i am still waiting on my request!
  6. my wife was able to pull up ga's at msg for wed july 22.....we are all stunned.
  7. This is the error I'm getting while trying to "buy" tickets: bbaresvcb({"password_changed":null,"third_party":null,"failure_info":{"session_timer_expired":1,"backend_error_code":"0x200001"},"suppress_countdown_clock":0}); It looks like I have X number of seconds to purchase the tickets so I immediate hit the "buy" button. But while ticketmaster is trying to get me to the checkout page, my time to "buy" the tickets is OVER! And therefore the session timer has expired thus releasing my ticket. Ticketmaster, you've failed us again! Faulty logic. There are simple technical fixes for this insanely stupid problem!
  8. i posted this on the members only forum too. a question for the FAQ? ticketmaster says Ticket Limits There is a four (4) ticket limit for the first day of the public on sale. There is an eight (8) ticket limit after the first day. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. is this ticket limit per show or total? for example, if i purchase more than 8 tickets, say 2 to 5 different shows for a total of 10 tickets....will all my orders gets cancelled? thanks.
