  1. Any likelihood a few U2 fanclub members might be invited? I'd certainly get to NYC if U2 decides I'm a likely candidate!!!

    Vegas, Baby!

If the t-mobile arena lines people outdoors, keep hydrated! It's a desert out there! lots of concrete and asphalt. Friday temperature expected to be 92F (34C) with strong wind. The heat and wind can suck the moisture out of your pores so you never break a sweat! Saturday should only be 86F (30C). Drink water!

How long might it be before I'd know if I'm approved for the "Club" in order to trade/sell/buy tickets for leg one of the tour? I'm glad this is being restricted to paid up members. (but wasn't is restricted in the past?) Gotta finalize Vegas concert plans!
  5. Maybe you'll actually be able to buy SOME tickets to a concert of some kind ... I don't think I'll ever be verified for any events
  6. Ouch - thought with last weeks announcement of additional Las Vegas date, that the U2 west coast tour was complete. Used my code (that hadn't been sent to me during the first pre-sale, where all the cities were available) for Las Vegas, but would have held back one code use for the second San Jose show. Argh. It's tough anticipating what U2 and the promoter will announce with this tour...
  7. I understand there is NO transfer of tickets. although the scalpers must be able to somehow...
  8. Also just received a code after the two emails and 28+ hours after the EXPERIENCE onsale... ARGH
  9. MY MY MY Monday evening I received a "Verified" email. Woke up Tuesday and no text code. Looked back thru the emails and found one that said Correction- you ain't verified. Now (2:15pm EST) just received a EXPERIENCE presale code that I would have used 28 + hours ago. But no re-verified email. Now ga/rz aren't available. ARGH...
  10. I have a feeling bigwave and this site will just "pass the buck" and say it is the "verified" process or it's TM fault this happened to receiving a verified email followed by a rejection email. It seems that if a fan wants to go to see U2, this process is directing them to the scalpers, as some of us won't be able to purchase "face value" tickets when tickets go on sale thru pre-sales or public sales. Oh the scalpers must be licking their chops... I looked at the help post, as directed from this website, and it doesn't appear to have been updated since this site took a holiday yesterday. No explanation as to why some folks received "Yup, you are verified" then a "ha ha, we were only kidding... tough shit, you're not" emails. I usually buy one ticket to two or three shows each tour, so how can that be construed as a "scalpers" account? Argh.
  11. I saw somewhere they will play til 11:00.. unless it was in a hopeful dream I had last night!!!
  12. Gate B is at the center of the stadium (50 yard line) on the west side - field runs north - south. Stadium Map and more info from Levi Stadium. Including being able to line up at 2:00, but no entrance to stadium until 5:00 http://www.levisstadium.com/event/2017-05-17-u2-the-joshua-tree-tour/
  13. you might want to park away form the stadium, take the capital corridor or public transport to and from Levi's. then be able to get there early in the day. Public transport after the show.... When U2 was at the Oakland Coliseum several (many?) years ago they opened up the lots earlier than I think they announced... If I remember correctly. I hope they will do that that for this show...
  14. I'd take the "link" away from the stadium, then catch a cab or walk to my hotel. I'd think there should be some folks walking from the venue towards downtown. Although sometimes I meet fans around me at the shows and find out where thier driving to and ask for a ride ifn i buy them a beer. most often it works out..

    Seattle Red Zone

ifn you're gonna screem your heart out in the red zone, I can't think I'd want to be close to you for that.. I wanna hear the band !! just saying from past shows I seen, and when I've be able to get close enough to the red zone area, it looks like most people respect the artists and want to enjoy the music...
