  1. How many tickets can I buy? There will be a ticket limit of 2 tickets per person, per card and postal address. Multiple bookings may be cancelled. It would have been great if they could clarify if this was A) relating to a single show or the run of 4 Dublin shows (or the run of 2 Belfast shows).

  3. Thanks for the pic!!! Gonna be great for Dublin 3!!!!!!!
  4. Will you guys push for more tickets on Monday - this 'ticket limit check' kind of tells me that if you have previously secured presale tickets they will not allow more sales on your card.
  5. I think the site still sees me as a free member - but my subscription was paid on 8th Dec 14
  6. Out of interest how did you manage to get pre sale tickets as a free subscriber? I signed up last December - renewed my membership late - the site gave me Innocence presale ticketing rights. I paid the subscription, they gave me presale log in & they sent me the North Side Story book. Then about 2 weeks ago on checking I had no presale codes. I emailed U2.com - they said I had a free subscription. Rechecked emails - found the u2/fanfire subscription receipt with reference numbers. Also checked bank statements online - payment did go out in Dec 14. All my emails went through support@u2.com - they reviewed everything & sent me a presale code.
  7. I have seating for Dublin 3, I'll be happy with Dublin 4 too - not stressing myself about Dublin 1 or 2. Personally I don't see that as being greedy
  8. Stephen - have you checked your Ticketmaster Account - are your tickets still there. Mine are for the Friday night show..
  9. Would love to see extra shows but cant see it happening - look at all the bullsh#t going on with ticketing for the 4 announced shows......
  10. A ploy to make me try again is what I think!! When I rang BOI365 this morning I asked the man could he see if there had been a check on the account even by Ticketmaster as it definitly showed up on my account on the day I thought I was buying and he said 'NO nothing showing' and could not give an explanation (not his fault) for it either except to check with Ticketmaster! The banks will play dumb in this & they probably don't want to get involved - Ticketmaster were able to access our acc's (I too use BOI365) and then without notification credit back the amount to us. For the bank not to acknowledge this is a lie, I feel. The bank can see everything that goes on/has gone on in your account. I'd say they have a 'commercial agreement' with big companies (such as ticketmaster) to kind of let them do their own thing - once you yourself have authorised a payment to a supplier. Just my thoughts...
  11. Hi all, I cant find this info on any site - maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. My question is - I've purchased Presale tickets last Thursday - is it possible for me to purchase more tickets in the General Sale tomorrow morning? Ticketmaster does state 2 tickets per credit/debit card per household - but it doesn't state if this is per show or over the total of the Dublin shows. thanks guys.....
  12. I wonder is this a ploy to stop us seeking more tickets for additional shows in the General Sale tomorrow? I've never even heard of this happening before - particularly now that we live in such a commercially sensitive world ie - if someone buys something off you, you grab the money quick!!
  13. So why debit our bank - then only to seemingly cancel the transaction? I'd rather they take the money now & stop their messing!!
