  1. I'd like to introduce you to my friend Eric We met when we were recruits in the Canadian Armed Forces. When we went through basic training we bonded through our mutual love of U2. He went on to serve in some of the worst Hell holes like, Rwanda, Somalia, and Croatia. After the service he went on to serve the homeless community in the city where he lived.. We just found out he has pancreatic cancer and may not have more than a year to live. Eric's never been the type of person to ask for help or support, but if you're so inclined, please send him a message from the U2 fan community. mod edit - personal email removed, as per forum rules - but zootops please add your message to Eric in thread or PM the OP - thanks!
  2. Closeness to the stage was the least of my complaints. You're still on the floor and had a good view. It was the lack of the other advertized amenities that bothered me. We still enjoyed the show, but RZ is not worth the money.

  4. I was in Red Zone in Vancouver on the 15th. I thought it was a ripoff. The entire area is back from the stage with maybe a small corner up against the main stage. The rest was back against the boards. There was supposed to be a designated concession stands and swag stand. There was neither. We got let in at the same time as GA and had to cross through the stampede of people running for a spot by the stage to get to the entrance. Nearly got run over. Not worth the money. I was in GA on the 14th. Basically had to pay 3x the money for Red Zone for the exact same experience except farther away from the stage. Sold a bill of goods that was not delivered.
  5. Totally worth the price to be up close to the band without standing in line and having to fight your way through crowds in GA. I'm too old for that sh@t.
