  1. Furthermore, if you call and they don't, call again and talk to someone else. The first time I called, the person wouldn't do it...but I called again and spoke to another agent that did! Good luck!
  2. Call them directly. I did so for the Pasadena show the day I purchased and they exchanged.
  3. Is that 100% true? What about day of the show at the venue if better seats open up? And how will that work now with CC entry? From the Ticketmaster website. Worth a shot. ExchangesDon't suffer from seat envy. If you see seats you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event, call 800-653-8000 to exchange the ones you have and just pay the difference, if any. One exchange per person, per event. We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away, and we can't refund or exchange resale ticket purchases for Fan-to-Fan Resale events. Some non-participating venues (and artists, teams, etc.) have a "no refunds or exchanges" policy. But if the event is close and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

  9. Night 3 in LA was amazing! What they did with the stage and the screen was unprecedented. HOWEVER, be prepared for the stage to be reversed from what was originally on TM when you bought tickets!! I thought I was at the end of the walkway by the circle stage in section 121 only to find out I was behind the stage. BIG blunder by TM. Went to the Forum box office and they had a large number of people complaining. They said to call Live Nation. I called Live Nation and they blamed The Forum. Still a great show...closer to the stage and the band was cool. but behind a pole with partial obstructed view. NOT what I thought I bought months ago. BTW, TM has since changed the stage to the corrected view (within the last 48 hours!)
  10. I have seats in section 121 on Saturday in LA. The question I have...will I be able to see the video screen? Anyone in LA tonight at the show in that vicinity? Any insight? Thanks!!
  11. I would mainly like to know when we are in the clear and not have to compulsively look at my ticketmaster account every few hours. My tickets are now able to be printed and my CCard has been charged, Plus TM said I was fine since I had two different codes (both my wife and I are longtime members).
  12. I was told by TM, no. I called them with same worry. I explained situation and I was told I would not have order cancelled. This is not an abuse of the presale.
  13. I hear ya, but when I called after I bought two and two with separate codes I was told as long as I didn't surpass 4 total...
  14. I used my code and my wife's code for the same venue and somehow through much persistence, got 4 seats together. TM said I was ok to do that too.
  15. I called ticketmaster. If you have two codes you can use same credit card as long as you do not surpass 4 tickets for the day. That is what I was told!
