  1. I had a similar experience on last tour (unlike you I still had card but I cancelled it because it had been stolen online). I went to customer service with an ID and a print out of my confirm and they gave me two hard tickets no questions asked. Really easy. I don't know what time customer service opens but I hope everything goes as smoothly for you as it did for me. Good luck.
