  1. For being new at this "Groupie thing", you managed to score a lot of tickets quite expertly. Each venue will have several "fans" in charge of the queuing process.
  2. I have 2 GAs for the first show in Boston. We won't know until January, when my husbands vacation bid board goes up, if he can't get the vacation time off, our tickets will be available.....at cost only.
  3. Most of the Experience group was shut out of GA in the Presale. In the major cities. NY DC
  4. Ticketmaster convinced themselves that the U2 "loyal Followers", would be willing and happy to pay the big bucks. Boy, did they Ever miss judge us!!
  5. I still have the E-mail he sent out to us! I guess its just hard for me to believe that they knew TicketMaster was going to hold back the GA's from us............Who knows, maybe they are just tired of the same faces on the floor.
  6. I hope the Springsteen fans have got it wrong. I will attempt to purchase tickets when it is open to the public. If I am blocked from that opportunity, I am not sure what to do after that?
  7. TicketMaster stole our tickets. AND, from my understanding of how this "Fan Verification" goes, (According to Bruce Springsteen fans), once you have done the verification thing, when tickets go on sale to the public, we will be blocked from those sales.
  8. Not in the bigger cities as far as we can tell. NY, DC, Vegas, 10 seconds after the opening, and all we got was, "unavailable".....But we have these fantastic seats for 325 you can have!......If any people got any, there was a select few. Ticket Master must have allocated most of the GA tickets for 'others'.....the tickets will probably be found elsewhere for purchase, but at a much higher price!
  9. we all had the same problem in the Experience group yesterday. 5 seconds into the sale and no GA or Red Zone were available...But! you could purchase some super expensive ones instead!.....Ticket Master held those GA tickets back to sell to scalpers.....It was in the bigger cities, like New York, DC and Vegas.
  10. It sounds like we all need to UNVERIFY ourselves with Ticketmaster. That way we at least have a shot getting tickets with the general public?
  11. I didn't get tickets either yesterday, but it is not the bands fault. It is tour management and their trusting in, and contract with TicketMaster.
  12. No Kidding! I had to take a personal day off from work in order to try and get tickets. What is really going to tick me off, is when tomorrow, or Monday other people will have no problem getting GA tickets. I took an unpaid day off for nothing.
  13. Same problem, GA unavailable at most venues. It will be so irritating tomorrow to see people in the next presale group get GA tickets!
  14. Neither did I ! I have never had a problem before. Either DC and MSG sold out in 60 seconds flat, or they only had a very few available.
  15. Nope. DC and NY Ga tickets were all gone in the first 60 seconds. I settled on GA tickets for Boston... A bird in the hand.
  16. I had the same problem. NY must have sold out in one second, because i had all of my info pre-entered.
  17. We are going on a party bus ( with bathroom), bostoncommoncoach.com
  18. Bostoncommoncoach.com Party Bus, pick up at several locations in Boston
  19. We went to the show in Seattle and I commented to my husband that i thought there might be something wrong with him.The prompters did not show him very often on the big screen, but when they did he didn't look himself. At one glimpse he was holding his head like he had a migraine, another glimpse he looked confused and holding his ear piece like there was an equipment problem. Not sure what the problem was, but he was definitely off his game. The thing is, in the past, if he wasn't feeling well, he has always shared that with the audience.
  20. In regards to Merchandise and alcohol sales, due to this stage set-up, they were able to sell both on the GA floor, right behind Willie's bus. TIP:Every position on the floor provides a perfect concert experience, but if you want to kick it up a notch, stand next to Willie's bus. It is also the location for the VIP'. We effectively watched the show standing next to Gavin Friday, Mumford, and Eddy Vedder to same a sample few.
