  1. It appears they are indeed airing it on Wednesday, June 13, at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time to 6:00 PM EDT. Only an hour...but at least now I know when I need to have the volume turned up.
  2. Thank you very much! I figured that might be the case, but I wanted to plan a bit for Monday evening. If it wasn't going to kick off until 9, I'd have to make other arrangements.
  3. Does anyone know what time the show is scheduled to start on Monday night? Thanks!
  4. Having had a day to absorb and sort through everything I experienced on Thursday night, I can maybe now form some words. This was my second show (the first being in May of 2005 on the Vertigo tour at United Center). I went along with my five-year-old son, who thinks Bono and Edge are major deities. (He likes Larry and Adam, too, but really digs Bono and Edge). This was his first real concert. Holy freaking wow. Just wow. I can't think of anything that would have made the show better. Different, yes, but not necessarily better. I was thrilled to hear Bad. The stripped down Sunday Bloody Sunday was more powerful I think. Our seats were stage right, slightly behind the line of Larry's back. When Bono, Edge, or Adam walked to our side of the stage, it felt like we could play a nice game of catch with them since they were so close. It almost felt like we were in a small club with them playing just for our group. Simply a great evening. More than great. To the band, the crew, the staff at the United Center, to the great crowd around us—thank you for an amazing night. Hopefully we'll have a DVD film of this tour and be able to capture a bit of that magic and relive it.
  5. On the other hand, given that concerts are becoming more expensive, there are fewer and fewer who can attend a show on each tour. Maybe the band is trying to make sure their old standards are included so people aren't disappointed. Now, I'd love to hear In God's Country, though. Oh well, no set pist is perfect for everyone. Just glad to be seeing them this year in Chicago.
  6. Success, at last. You can bet I'm going to fill out their "online survey"
  7. Well, some progress...just trying to get to the point where TM takes my money. Aw hell, error message AGAIN.
  8. The Twitterverse seems to be unhappy with TicketMaster right now...
  9. bonoeire, I'm having similar problems. I first searched for less expensive seats. After several minutes of waiting, nothing available. OK, search for best available. Two tickets in Section 101. Hit the Buy button, and Ticketmaster returns an error message. So now I'm searching again, with a wait time of "less than 1 minute" and it's been that way for almost 15 minutes. I won't even mention how many times I had to paste in my code and hit the damn submit button before the code was accepted.
