  1. I got my 2017 gift about 2 months ago. Nothing for 2018 yet though.
  2. Any news on the 2018 gift? I'm still waiting for the 2017 gift, ordered back in January. However, on my account page it says I have already redeemed my gift. It's all a bit confusing...
  3. Something about ticketmaster 'platinum' stinks to be honest. I've just waited in the queue for Paris tickets (public on-sale this morning) only to be informed after an hour that there are no more seat available for either 8 or 9 September. However, there are plentiful 'platinum' seats available in all parts of hte arena, at vastly higher prices. So I guess Ticketmaster witholds a lot of tickets to sell at similar prices as touts. Platinum tickets offer no advantage over regular tickets. So in effect ticketmaster are no better than the touts that they and other ticketsellers regularly complain about. However, I thought that U2 were better than that. Very disappointed. I managed to get 2 GA tickets in the presale for Amsterdam but was looking forward to bringing my son to Paris to see U2 for the first time.

    Croke Park - was Pitch 2 on sale? (MERGED)

    Maybe I'll regret holding out for Pitch 2. I hope not. Rory, I'm in the same boat as you. Really want pitch2 but couldnlt get online this morning as I was on a plane. Do we know if additional pitch 2 tickets will be available for the wired presale tomorrow?

    Teleticket Service for Antwerp? Only 1 ticket?

    I understood from the U2.com FAQ that this is only an issue for Amsterdam and Stockholm. Ticketmaster is not doing the ticketing for Antwerp. Teleticketservice website for Antwerp is not working properly and there is no help available. I renewed my subscription to get tickets so I am pretty annoyed. resolved. I had clicked on the presales / experience link instead of presales / innocence link from the U2.com tours page. These links take you to two different pages on the ticketing agent's site, you can't then use an 'innocence' code on the 'experience' page (although nothing on the teleticketservice page tells you if you are on innocence and experience). Maybe this info might help others having difficulties

    I can't use my code on the teleticketservice website for antwerp tickets - simply get the error message 'the coupon code was not found'. the helpline, predictably is constantly busy. very annoying
