  1. By whom and for what? Everything seems to have been kinda rushed. Rareluy do you see an announcement and ticketing start so close to an event. Ticketing could have had more time to prepare, at least with a bit of testing. I am kinda surprised the seating zones haven't been sorted at by at least now.
  2. OK, it appears missing out members have another presale opportunity, I don't think this normally happens with secondary concerts so kudos to the FC. Read the board, understand any ticketing agent quirks. Read the instructions. Let Baja get some sleep this week.
  3. Please, a few people should stop thinking that because you're sitting all cozy in your home typing away on a cyberspace forum that it gives you the right to behave poorly. I just wanna say the level of service I have seen on this FC forum is second to none. By a long way. Presale instructions communicated to ticketing agencies can be misinterpreted. People coding the instructions into the ticketing system can stuff if up. Ticketing agencies may not adequately inform their staff of the presale arrangements. A lot can go wrong and it often does. I have been amazed at the level of service this site has provided in sorting things out. Again, just because you are hiding behind a computer and not face to face, it doesn't mean you can throw courtesy out the window. The Mod should be number one on everyone's Xmas card list.
  4. I think a few people here should pull their heads in and stop thinking that because you're sitting all cozy in your home typing away on a cyberspace forum that it gives you the right to behave poorly. I am a concert tragic and been to more concerts than I care to admit and I just wanna say the level of service I have seen on this FC forum is second to none. By a long way. There was a huge stuff up recently on another band's presale and there were pages upon pages of complaints and not one reply from the mods. Presale instructions communicated to ticketing agencies can be misinterpreted. People coding the instructions into the ticketing system can stuff if up. Ticketing agencies may not adequately inform their staff of the presale arrangements. A lot can go wrong and it often does. Stamping your feet on the ground and behaving like a brat in a supermarket may help you let off steam but it does little else. I have been amazed at the level of service this site has provided in sorting things out. Again, just because you are hiding behind a computer and not face to face, it doesn't mean you can throw courtesy out the window. The Mod should be number one on everyone's Xmas card list.
  5. During the madness I ended up getting 2 tickets in RZ1 and 2 tickets in RZ2 (with different codes I think). I have just got a call from Ticketmaster. They have placed all 4 in RZ2 and refunded one transaction fee. I found that very cool.
  6. I have to say that the ticketing process went extremely well for this tour. There does not appear to have been any major hiccups. Congrats to all concerned. MG
  7. Hello Mod, my aren't you a busy beaver today! Dumb question but I don't know which [presale code I used. I kept getting knocked back for tickets and thought it may be the codes. Trying over 20 times, I kept alternating between codes. It wasn't, it was be being a nuff nuff and trying to buy 4 instead of 2. Anyway of working out which ones I used??? ta
  8. For Melbourne, I tried 4 tickets in the Red Zone and got an error message. Don't do what I did, not read the instruictions. That is, I mean read the instructions. You can only buy 2 tickets. The TM site originally gave you an option of buying up to 4. I now see they have fixed it, they only let you selct 1 or 2. Next time I will read the instructions and not get stressed out.
