40417 So excited for the new single and new album! My bank account got pretty drained from the two shows I went to this summer ? but it was worth it and I'll do it again next summer if their tour comes around here!

    Rumours about *SOE* !!! (MERGED)

Can't wait for this release. If it's true, this will be a good year

What has been your favourite track?

The song that I really wanted to hear live was Bad, and now I've heard it twice. Brought tears to my eyes both times. But not as much when Streets started and the band came to the main stage where I was standing almost mid-stage, by Bono. Never thought I would get so close. But for this tour, Trip through Your Wires and Exit have just been great live, to me.

    Rumours about *SOE* !!! (MERGED)

I can't wait for this album to be released, I think The Little Things is a great song. I believe the album will be released at the end of the year, even though they've been saying that for the past two years ?. Though I'm more interested in how the Experience Tour will be done. It would be awesome if it starts next spring, I'd love to be able to see the band for a second year in a row. At the same time I wonder if they will want a break, or not since they might do another brief tour like the first part of i+e and Joshua. It's hard to say "the first part of i+e" because even though technically it is a continuation, I also expect the experience part to be at least a slightly different production.
  7. Congratulations, Adam and Mariana! I'm so happy for you!

    The Little Things

I love this song, I can't wait for it to be officially released. I heard it when they first played it in Vancouver - I follow every show on Periscope or Mixlr. It was even better to hear it on Jimmy Kimmel since the quality was (obviously) better. I agree it's a heavy song to end a night with, but it is also very beautiful. It's not heavy like One, which is a "let's all get along" kind of song, but more of a "this is the end" kind of song, which is why some people are associating it with the band slowing down. But with everything else they've been saying, like that they have a few more albums in them (and dozens of songs actually in the works) and how the iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour feels unfinished, I think they've still got years left. Which is still too short for me, but I'll take what I can get. I'm hoping that seeing the reaction of fans to The Joshua Tree Tour 2017, how we all love it, and now we're asking for an Achtung Baby tour (PLEASE!!!), will give them new energy to put out a few more albums (and not just get caught in a decade of anniversary/retirement tours). Anyway, I loved when they closed with The Little Things at the first East Rutherford show, it was amazing to hear live.

Yep, that's Bono playing on his mic stand with a camera right in his face (and blocking my view).

  11. Pictures from U2's second night at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, USA, on 29 June 2017. This was my fifth time seeing U2 and first time in GA, it was totally epic. Thank you for a perfect night Bono, The Edge, Adam, and Larry!
