  1. I received an email this morning advising me that I would not receive a pre-sale code. I am a loyal and long-time fan of the band. I have been a u2.com subscriber while the band is on and off the road. I hope this is terrible mistake. I would hate to think that this is how a dedicated fan get treated after all these years. I am a teacher and basically lost my only window of time to access the presale this morning. I am not sure if I am angry, hurt or disappointed by this whole process! Please tell me this was a terrible mistake and I will be able to access the pre-sale.

      I can't offer any help but can empathize. We long term fans invest so much good will and emotional energy that when the process kicks us, it hurts longer than the bruise.

      Luckily I got thru the system well this time, but did not last. Can relate and wish you well.
