  1. Hello. I still have 2 tickets left on my presale code (left in the hope of a second local show being announced with presale access.) It is however, now showing as struck-through (eg. JAXY123456) Is this because the presale is over, or does this suggest an error that I have used my 4 ticket allotment? I imagine there are a number of us who will notice this in the coming days, so any help a MOD could provide in getting this clarified would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. How do I get my presale code?

    I just tried to message the staff and I'm not sure I was successful. I have no presale code in my inbox (had a subscription since I & E). What should I do?
  3. I am a little upset today. I never used my presale code to buy any tickets for the first leg because it NEVER worked. I ended up buying my Vancouver tickets via the general sale. Now, U2.com customer service is saying I used it TWICE and they can't find the dates it was used. This is ridiculous - I got 2 different responses that were basically - tough sh*t, we see you have used it twice. And how is that even possible? Anyone got a better way to contact someone that can actually help me? I paid for the subscription for the presale code which didn't even work back when the tickets went on sale.
