  1. Maybe a Chilango can help with advice...I am coming down from New York for the Mexico City shows. I have been to Mexico City before, so I am familiar with public transportation there, but never to a show at Foro Sol. I am not worried about taking the metro to the show, but am a little concerned about getting back after the show, especially if I don't hook up with pals who will also be there or make some reasonably priced car arrangement beforehand. From various accounts that I have read, it seems that the closest metro station - Ciudad de Deportiva - will likely be closed after the show and people would have to walk to other stations...I am seeing that Velodromo is next closest - would that be open? Also, if I choose to walk to Gomez Farias station since that is on the line I really need since I am staying in Zona Rosa, would there be a lot people walking that way after a show? (A 2km walk is routine for me) I understand that the last trains leave at midnight. My spoken Spanish is very broken, but I understand and read it well. I would take a special show bus, but am not seeing any that run from the city center.
  2. Hi, Are there any special transportation from and back to Buenos Aires in the days of events in La Plata stadium? regards, Tózé
  3. Hello U2 fans: Anyone have any room in their vehicle for two coming from queens NY to the show on 6/29, my friend and I plan on being at the stadium early, please pm me if we can hitch a ride with somone. We are willing to split costs. thank you everybody
  4. Unfortunately, the MBTA will not be running a special train to Gillette Stadium for the show. Alternatively, my group of 4 has joined a charter bus trip on skedaddle.com. There are 5 people on the bus now, and we have to have 10 for it to go live. Those next 5 spots are $30/person. We'll leave from Biddy Early's pub in Boston at 4pm on Sunday, and the bus will bring us back after the show. You can reserve without your card being charged (it will charge you 48 hours before the ride if there is 10 or more people signed up), and can cancel up to 48 hours before event. I've looked at similar charter bus options, and this is by far the cheapest. The link for the ride is letskedaddle.com/events/8566 Let's help each other out!
