  1. Good morning, I wanted to forward a complaint about an unfortunate episode that happened on Thursday 18. All the EXPERIENCE profiles that received the "presale code" on Thursday morning managed to buy tickets for the parterre. Unfortunately, I'm not angry enough. And I'll explain why. The presale code for the purchase of tickets Thursday 18 in the morning was not visible in my profile, I was sent by you the day after Friday 19 January. If you had entered it in time on my profile on Thursday 18, as per EXPERIENCE users, I could find available the 2 tickets for the parterre that I wanted to buy. Thursday morning from 09:00 to.m. I was continually there to see my profile to see if my "presale code" appeared but I waited in vain. I kept checking several times during the day and I also solicited via email your various collaborators (writing messages both to support@u2.com and through Order help) so that the code was inserted in the profile. He magically appeared after 24 hours. I was forced on Friday 19 to buy 2 numbered third sector tickets because the tickets for the parterre on Friday at 10:01 could no longer be purchased. The Ticket One dealer immediately inserted the words "parterre tickets no longer available". Clearly Friday morning if I did not hurry to buy those 2 tickets (third sector numbered) I risked not being able to attend the U2 concert on October 12th. The 2 tickets I bought are certainly not to my liking because I wanted 2 tickets for the parterre I am very angry because I have been writing to U2.com for many years (since the year 2000) and I regularly pay the registration (before the deadline, all the time) just to avoid problems in buying tickets. This time I found myself penalized not for my fault but because of U2.com that Thursday did not give me my "presale code" immediately for the purchase of tickets. I understand that the error can happen but the error must be remedied. A solution to this injustice that I suffered there would be, I ask you if you can replace the two tickets that I purchased third sector numbered with 2 new tickets for the parterre. The cost of the tickets is the same. Do not tell me that it is not feasible because U2.com is in charge of organizing and managing tickets. So if U2.com wants to do it, it can be done without problems. For you to replace the 2 tickets (third sector numbered with 2 tickets parterre) is a simple thing. It's up to you to decide.
