About this blog

So I've been lucky enough to get selected for the first #reassemble listening event in London this Friday. First time I've been successful at getting to one of these things having been around since the heady days of U2 paper updates that blossomed into Propaganda and finally U2.com.. I'm chuffed. 

I'm based in Scotland so having done the Sphere trip the train ride to London seems insignificant....but I do know I'm looking forward to what's next...

Reassembling An Atomic Bomb - never saw that one coming to be honest but the opportunity to hear the songs that became the songs....couldn't pass up the chance to apply - and then suddenly the email arrives. Awesome!

Dolby Atmos - new to me but the songs released so far sound great so looking forward to hearing what difference that makes.

Reassembling my brain….London reaction

OMG! Just finished the listening session. Intro from the Edge (via tape)  raw, guitars, bass, edge, bass, Bono, bass, drums! That guitar album Edge has been talking about..! Highlights - the whole thing! Mercy (or new title) starts off true to the version we love and the develops into a bigger thing if that’s possible.   i need to digest but OMG!! #reassemble

Reassembling my thoughts..

So I've been lucky enough to get selected for the first #reassemble listening event in London this Friday.
