YES I have checked. BUT I CAN'T USE! THAT'S MY PROBLEM! at the tour page appears one code, at my account info that is what is saying:

I've received my pre-sale code but at the site to buy tthe tickets says that my code was already used, but it is not....what i need to do?

you need to call customer services, or ticket seller for your show

HELP! I am ordering tickets for the show in Argentina with my passcode, but I don't speak or read Spanish and that is the language of the Ticketek site. Coming from the USA, what is the best delivery method? I'd like to pick up my tickets at the stadium before the show, but I can't tell if that is an option.
