Subscriber thezoostation1 Posted December 24, 2010 Author Subscriber Share Posted December 24, 2010 Just to clear up any misunderstanding, I'm just trying to find someone to help me transcribe and translate the Soweto Choir's vocals in the early release of Streets from Duals. SoniaLaStrega
There are some online resources for translating Zulu to English. I haven't listened to the track yet, but are you sure it's Zulu and not Xhosa?
Subscriber thezoostation1 Posted December 24, 2010 Author Subscriber Share Posted December 24, 2010 Well, I tried looking up a few of the words phonetically and google said they were Zulu words. However, there's no way I could transcribe everything that they sing in the song, so a written translation site wouldn't do me any good, and I have no idea if there's an audio transcription/translation site, or if it would be able to separate Bono's vocals from the choir's.
