after all the bad 'publicity' i heard in here bout u2.coms costumers-service, i wanna share some good news. i renewed my membership in february and was send a new discount-code for the online-shop. then few months later my computer crashed and i lost all my emails dated before may. i was very disapointed when i realised this also included my discount-code!

so yesterday i filled in the form in the contact-section and asked if they could help me get the code back. i also left a message in the u2-shop concerning my problem. and  guess what? today i got 2 emails back with my the code!
talking bout a speedy service! thanx guys, i apreciate ithappy.gif

They did the same for me too. And they exchanged the damaged lithograph as well (let's see what the replacement looks like before I get all excited). I just had to pay $4 for a new shipping tube at USPS.
