Subscriber baby 0 Posted September 12, 2011 Subscriber Share Posted September 12, 2011 I listened to ATYCLB every morning before work for months LOUD rocking in my rocking chair after 9/11. How I got through it.
Subscriber birdsong 0 Posted September 13, 2011 Subscriber Share Posted September 13, 2011 An interviewer asked Bono what would be the last song U2 played together if they knew it was the last song and he quickly answered "Amazing Grace." So, kids, if they ever sing that one and exit the stage, we'll know it is the end of life as we know it.

Thanks for sharing! I think I see the image of your red hat in one of the photos! I love the idea of having something to sign at the ready just in case. THAT idea could almost push me to make an extravagant jaunt just to see if we'd have such a wonderful encounter as you two!
TellyC 0
Glad you enjoyed it, I had to share this with the board We really didn't think they were going to stick around after their press conf, so when we went downtown on Saturday, I only brought the newspaper with wishful thinking LOL:) Bring something with you at all times my friend, you never know when you'll run into them. glenn77 0
Had the privilege of attending the final showing last night at Ryerson Theatre and all I can say is: AMAZING! For anyone that seen It Might Get Loud, which was great....From They Sky Down is EVEN BETTER! Cannot wait for this on Blu-ray on Oct 29! But one ques that was never answered: what is the meaning of the title, From The Sky Down? Cannot seem to figure it out. Regardless, was amazing! We got into the theatre and the entire row in front of us was 'Reserved' - thought maybe someone from the band perhaps... but no, just someone unknowns from the media. I've always thought they'd finish with Discotheque No really, I think 40 would be best? But it's up to them I guess FYI, the title"From the Sky Down" had something to do with how U2 writes songs (I guess top-down approach)
