Well-done, Katie Taylor!!!! The story said the crowd roared after her performance and that she roared right back . . . . must have been something to see/experience!!!! Congrats to Ireland!!!!!

I'm nervous for our gymnasts tonight . . . been a bit of a train wreck as USA gave away the gold in women's vault and even though we weren't expected to medal in uneven bars, Gabby just froze under the pressure. Makes me nervous to watch, lol!!!

I was just watching track and field . . . . that poor man from China, think his name was Liu??? He fell going over the hurdles and couldn't finish, but he composed himself and hopped to the finish line. Breaks my heart to see this poor runner!!!!! What dignity he has!!!!
