Can't wait for women's indoor volleyball tomorrow . . . . . really hoping for the gold as it will be a first for us if we can beat Brazil!!!!

Hi Janette, iPad doing odd things on posts. young Tom Daley is in the diving about 8.30GMT. He is only 17 or 18 and trained with his beloved dad for years every step of the way, sadly his dad died last year, I well up every time see him, always smiling he is. I so hope he gets a medal, for himself, his family and as a fitting tribute to his dad. Go Tom!

Wow how close was the diving, I shed a tear for Tom, he did so well, a medal at only 18, inspiring young man:) great to see Becks and his boys there in the crowd.
