U2 frontman Bono and Elton John have teamed up for the 25th anniversary gala benefiting the Robin Hood Foundation.

According to Bloomberg, Mary J. Blige is also slated to perform. Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel will co-chair the festivities.

The annual Robin Hood gala began in 1988, and since then it's become the largest single-night annual fundraising event for a New York-based nonprofit, according to the site. Since its initiation, the organization has raised over $1.25 billion dollars. The Robin Hood Foundation recently provided over $70 million in funding for Hurricane Sandy relief with their 12-12-12 concert.

The 25th anniversary gala for the Robin Hood Foundation will take place May 13. A limited number of tickets are currently available for $3,000 each, while a table costs between $30,000 and $250,000.
