@Big Wave, I receieved an email from LiveNation stating they had received my inquiry.  They said I was using the wrong format when entering my phone number???  I shared with them that it NEVER gave me an error message...it would always say the error was "credit card declined".  But, it is neither here nor there.  They said as a courtesy, they were renewing my membership and it appears they are shipping me my subscription gift.  Big Wave, thank you for you assistance as well in this matter.

 

@Gibbo, I know I got long winded but that is the only way I know to be when talking about U2 and Jack White in the same context.

 

@Uncle B, I'll bring you the official to copy to sign when I see you in a couple of weeks... ;-)

Great stuff. Have passed on the note to look into the phone number error, not heard of it happening before, but good to follow these things up with a happy resolution all round, and to be aware of any potential glitches like this.

Enjoy the book, its pretty awesome.

I have to agree, the book is AMAZING.

 

And lemme just give a shout to BW for totally being on top of this, thank you for caring. I don't know tracy, but I can feel her frustration (that's from my 20 years in the customer service industry) and am glad you stepped in to help.

Monica, yes I have written on the HQ studio wall...it says in big green spray paint..."Tracy C was here"..or something like that :).

UPDATE...I have been in the UK the past few weeks but my hubby has said that my U2.com membership package arrived.  Tho I have not seen it yet, I am sure it is all good :).

 

I want to personally thank Big Wave for his help in getting my membership resub resolved.
