They said I was using the wrong format when entering my phone number??? I shared with them that it NEVER gave me an error message...it would always say the error was "credit card declined". But, it is neither here nor there. They said as a courtesy, they were renewing my membership and it appears they are shipping me my subscription gift. Big Wave, thank you for you assistance as well in this matter. @Gibbo, I know I got long winded but that is the only way I know to be when talking about U2 and Jack White in the same context. @Uncle B, I'll bring you the official to copy to sign when I see you in a couple of weeks... ;-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have passed on the note to look into the phone number error, not heard of it happening before, but good to follow these things up with a happy resolution all round, and to be aware of any potential glitches like this. I don't know tracy, but I can feel her frustration (that's from my 20 years in the customer service industry) and am glad you stepped in to help.
