Fernanda: could it be possible to know what web browser are you using, please?

(and also the version)...

thanks...

It´s Google Chrome.

Is the version a big number? If it´s, mine is 28.0.1500.95

thanks...

just for the record, I'm using Firefox 24... quote system works...

This (and some other things that has been detected) has been reported. Let's hope a solution is found soon...

Yes, I have been having the same problem . . . the quote function seems to be malfunctioning!

reporting it...

If someone could open a thread in the Zoo Feedback section about this issue, please do it... describe what happens (or more exactly, what doesn't happen) when you try to quote a post. If possible and if you think it would be helpful, add screenshots.

Also, please add the web browser you are using (and what version is).

btw and just to be on the safer side of the road: please clear cookies and cache in your web browser and let us know if this still happens even after you do this procedure...

thanks...

Oh... I got it!!

Hey everyone, just do what Max said: clean the cookies and cache. I did it and now the "quote button" is working again.

Thanks Max!!  :)

Just in case there's anyone wondering how to clear the cookies & cache. At top of your computer screen:

click 'History,' then click 'clear recent history,' then be sure 'cookies' & 'cache' are checked off & click 'clear now.'

I got in the habit of doing this years ago & that's what I always do just before logging off from the internet. It's supposed to make your computer run better in general (& faster as far as I know) too. :)
