Dwelling in Poe's shadow's - Living Shakespeare's dream 

I awoke to an Angle from a summer nights scream

Put on my helmet - got up off of my knees

Looking for dungeons n' dragon's n' the beast

 

My plan was simple - my heart was pure

I'd grab my armor, my belt, and, " the spear". 

My destiny is close my conscious is clear

Not before long I'll come back to you dear

 

Gone to slay dragons - protected by Fear

Dungeons n' dragons n' the beast are near

 

I went into the building - They locked me in

When I told them I was looking for an Irishmen

 

His face looked up as he stared at me

His eyes as dark as the Baltic sea

Something inside him - tried to take over me

 

He said NO!, I said.... thanks-

Walked up the stairs with the angles and the saints

Unlocked the door - stepped out in the street

Could still hear the sound of the devil's feet

I can still hear the sound of the devils beat

 

A word to the wise _ A word from the deep

Don't read Dr. Seuss before you go to sleep.

Thank you. LAWOMAN is an ode to the city and woman is used as a metaphor. Beautiful..thanks for that. : ) I think it's what a true rock and roll song is and recorded live.. Removing the bark from the tree, it may take some time and all those layers.
