There's one young girl who had been trying to find the first Harry Potter book for *months*. I'd tried ordering it several times without success - there are several different editions and most of them are now out of stock. But this time, I ordered one and it finally arrived. Her mum came in and collected it - then I saw her and her daughter on the way home. The look on the girl's face was priceless. Getting that book had made her day. It made me so happy to see that.
