Pre Sale code not valid?

Thanks I tried that but it keeps telling me I need a subscription which I have. I emailed yesterday telling them I couldn't see the codes but no one replied. And when I look at my acct it tells me I'm not subscribed. Its really frustrating.

with the email confirming your subscription in hand, please go to the help page (http://www.u2.com/help) and use the CONTACT US form to ask about this - provide all the possible information to prove you have a paid subscription...

 

also, try the customer support team - 1-800-615-1324 (inside the US) +001-949-333-4820 (outside the US)...

And it says 12 noon est on the tour page, so 9 am pacific . . . . . . but ticket master is saying it's on now.  Confusing!!!

 

Tickets went on sale at 10am local time, if you are in Southern California, then they would have gone on sale at 10am, not 9am.
