Teleticketservice and Antwerp ticket problem

Bought 2 tickets during the pre-sale to Antwerp, received two confirmations - the reservation one and the payment one.

 

I've chosen to get e-tickets, but 2 days has already passed and there are still no tickets.

 

Does anyone face the same thing?

 

Moreover, Teleticketservice doesn't let me register on its' site and it doesn't recognize my email adress.

did they charge your card? Good idea to speak to them asap, & report back what they say - any problems, PM me

I can not log on. The site doesn't log me in, though it recognizes my email. 

The only confirmations i have - 2 letters from them sent immediately after purchaise. I have contacted with them via email which i found on the web-site. Hope to get updates from them.

So weird...((
