On his orbital actually.  And from what I've heard someone say (and I'm not saying this is what Bono had done because I don't know) that when they do surgery on the orbital, they literally cut along the hairline from ear to ear and pull the skin back to fix it.  So if they did have to do that, that would explain why it looks like he may have had a bit of a lift.  However since seeing this pic, there's another that has surfaced from Father Jack's funeral and he looks quite normal, IMO.

I know.  The girl who was describing it went into much more detail and it literally made me sick to my stomach. #couldneverworkinthemedicalfield
