Ticket says that the show is 7.30pm (doesn't specify that the doors open at that time or the show starts at that time).

Any idea when the actual show starts? When would they take the stage?

Ill be at the show on the 18th in San Jose and I believe the doors open approximately 1 hour before 730 and they take stage at 730 or 830.Im not exactly sure on the times but roughly around there. Sorry I wasnt more for sure but have fun and the show will be amazing!!

I'll be I San Jose, too. I think U2 is going to play a longer set since there is an intermission. No opening bands, correct?

No opening acts for the entire tour. From what I read doors for the Vancouver show opened around 6:30-6:45pm, but the show didn't start until 8:15pm to 8:30pm each night I believe. I saw photos people tweeted time stamped at 7:45pm and a lot of the lower level seats were still empty which was rather suprising, but by 8:30pm all the seats were filled.

That's awesome.  Hopefully, they'll play a nice long set.  I have reserve seating this time.  No GA for me, since I have to work both days, but I can think of no better way to end the night.  :)

If they follow the Vancouver pattern, show should last roughly 2 hours and 20 minutes. If you check out the Vancouver thread you can see the set lists for both night. After ten songs in the do about a 5-7 minute intermission. First night there were two encores, second night there was one. The band enters and exits the stage from the smaller B-Stage and wave to the fans as they walk the catwalk to the main stage and back again at the end.
