vtech
Well, I just spent an hr or so speaking with my Credit Card Co and the Bell Centre up in Montreal about GA entry. I received completely new CC after I experienced fraudulant activity in March. I spaced on the whole paper-less thing at the time, and CUT up and threw out my original cards used to make my GA purchases. The Bell Centre Customer Service Team just assurred me I will be OK if I bring my December Statement showing my purchase, the new CC, and photo ID. She also said their will be NO hard copy issued. (I've read Ticketmaster does that at other venues). 10 days....
Subscriber U2FanInVT Posted June 2, 2015 Subscriber Share Posted June 2, 2015 Hope things work out Ok with the entry - I think if you get there early enough you should have no problems. I am so looking forward to the shows. Counting down the days!

I am so looking forward to the shows. Counting down the days! Yeah, I would hope so but ya never know. I asked if there was a way to take care of it sooner than 90 minutes prior and she said no...At least I have some clarity. i've been wondering bout this for a while. It would be nothing if I still had the old card...
Subscriber shaz1992 Posted June 2, 2015 Subscriber Share Posted June 2, 2015 I still have my old card but it has been cancelled (also due to fraudulent activity). They told me it is OK since I still have my old card, even though it is no longer valid. Is that consistent with what they told you? Thanks! Yeah, your good...Just bring whatever supporting evidence you can, ie: cc monthy statement, confirmation email of the order, etc.just to be clear......I'll be the guy yelling and throwing punches in the air if there's a chance of anything otherwise. Subscriber stubby Posted June 3, 2015 Subscriber Share Posted June 3, 2015 Go to the ticket office and get it sorted and make sure they accepted your card. I rang the vancouver ticketmaster and they said i will be fine as i lost my orginial card but gave them all the details for the new one, but when they swiped the new one to get into the concert it wouldnt accept it!!! They had to take me away and get it sorted so missed out on getting a really good spot. They seem to have streamlined the GA lines and made it easier but just make sure everything is ok with the new card!! Take all the details with you
Subscriber LDM Posted June 3, 2015 Subscriber Share Posted June 3, 2015 Hi. Some people in line at Vancouver, had to get a bank letter for ticket master. Other people said they just filled out a form. I think it depends who you speak to at TM. Make a second call, just in case. Good luck!
