Those of you who already did RZ at MSG, did they let you in before the GA people? And if so, how much before?

Anyone decide to ditch their RZ tix and go with GA instead?

Going tomorrow, any feedback helpful!

I went with RZ on Wednesday, and GA was let in just a few moments before we RZ'ers were.  I was hoping for an E stage rail spot and got one, rather than going to RZ.

RZ entrance was right behind the E stage. So you would have to cross the whole floor to get to the main stage. I don't know where GA comes in. I was so focused on the E stage, I didn't even look at the main stage!  But you can easily look when you get in and make the call.

Glad you got the spot of choice. What time did you arrive at MSG?

1:45!! We were 3rd/4th in the RZ line, but the first in RZ1 b/c the others in front of us were RZ2.   The line didn't really start to fill up much until 3 or 4.  Just a handful of us crazies who showed up that early!

Thanks for all the info! Last question... How do you guys manage bathroom/and food? Do you bring stuff with you? Or are there vendors arounds? Will peoe hold your spot etc?

Plenty of street vendors all around for food, and restaurants too. I got some great chicken kabob from a food truck!  People were very nice about saving spots in line out on the sidewalk while people went off for food or restrooms. Actually I'm not sure where the nearest restrooms were. I also brought some granola bars with me just in case, and was able to bring them in my small purse into the venue. Once we were let in officially, around 6,  we were escorted into, and lined up in, a really nice air conditioned lounge, where you could easily take another restroom break and buy a drink.  And in fact once we were at the E rail at 6:30, people were still nice enough to allow folks to get their spots back after restroom breaks. It was all very civilized!

I hope you have a great time. I sure did!  Happy to answer questions, as I got lots of info over the weeks from other Red Zoners so that I was properly prepared for my first RZ night in Boston!  :-)

One more question: you said that GA was let in moments before RZ; do you know approximately what time or how many minutes they got in before? I really appreciate your help!
