Might try to have a guitar sesh maybe.

Well I've pitched the idea and it's been approved. :) Turns out it's also a long weekend (I had forgotten that) so that worked in my favor.

Planning on playing a set of one song from each album, not necessarily in chronological order, just trying to find songs that I can confidently play.

As I'm a bit of a novice and I'm going to be playing in the corner of the games room because that's where the power point is, I'm calling it "The 90° & Inexperience Show"

Will post the setlist later.

Played it tonight, although I had a few practices during the week some of it was a bit of a trainwreck. :(  Some worked out a bit better than they usually do, booze may have helped.

OMG!!!! THE JOSHUA TREE TOUR!!!!  This is a blessing from Heaven!!!  Thank you U2 for making a long time dream come true.  Love Love Love your music that reaches in and touches our hearts with such great Love and tenderness.  From the early days with Boy, War, October we were blown away by y'all music, then came The Unforgettable Fire which brought us to new levels of joy and love to our hearts...  I love all of the music from U2.. I have all of your music, the albums, (before cd's there were albums) and cd's.  When THE JOSHUA TREE was released we were launched into new realms of musical bliss.  The Joshua Tree is a "Spiritual Experience" in music.   When the album came out, the music was in perfect attunement with me and how I was experiencing life and I believe the rest of the World also.  I played The Joshua Tree all day long.  My friends and I could not get enough of the music....we played it in our homes, at the pool, the lake, the park, everywhere we went The Joshua Tree went with us.... such a great companion.... Thank you U2 Thank you our sweet Irish Boys .... We love you more than words can say....God Bless you all.    Looking forward to the show....    Thank you so much for making this dream come true.  Love Light, Kimberly

Happy U240!!!   I PROMISE IF Y'ALL KEEP MAKING MUSIC, WE WILL KEEP COMING TO HEAR YOU PLAY IT.... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY  LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU!!!!
