For all people who are confused about the layout of the Amsterdam Arena:

  • Stage is at the north side of the pitch
  • GA / Pitch has two entrances, they both end up at the south side of the pitch and from there you can find a spot.
  • Normally the front side of the pitch will have a barrier, if you will queue early on the day you will make it inside.
  • There's 2 queues on the outside, for every entrance (G and J) there's one.
  • Dutch people don't mind if you leave the queue for refreshments or other business.
  • Red Zone will have a separate entrance at the side of the stadium. This isn't an official entrance, so it's not on the map, but last time (360 Tour) it was somewhere between G and F.
  • If you're looking for decent seating, but cannot pay the maximum amount, aim for block 119 (entrance M).
  • Block 420, 421 and 422 (rows 1-10) provide a great view too.
  • When you can try to get to the 'main stand' first level. This one normally has lots of empty spots in the middle of the stand, so just wait till the concert starts and make your way in.
  • Amsterdam ArenA has a lot of 'founders' who can claim their own chair(s) for every event. If they decide not to claim this right their tickets will go on sale in the coming months. So keep on trying if you need extra tickets.
  • In the week(s) before the gig extra tickets will go on sale. They do this to frustrate scalpers and say it's because the production provides a better view from more spots.

If you need more assistance, please ask.

Thanks for the clear explanation!

I'm like really short so I guess I will not be able to see anything. But the vibe will do too!

If you're short, be sure you'll get a spot in the front section on the pitch and move all the way back. Normally everyone wants to go up front so you'll have plenty of space to move a bit to the side when a huge Dutchman (or woman) is standing just in front of you :-)
