Question about CC Entry

Are your seats CC entry?  In the past (e.g., I & E) they were NOT--only RZ & GA were.  If both your seats AND RZ are CC only, you have a problem--because you have to appear yourself to be let in, and you can't be two places to do that (seats and RZ enter at different places).  You might be able (if, say, you're married and are both on the same credit card account) to have one of you do one entry and the other the other, but even that would have problems (unless you're OK with being in different places).  If your seats are NOT CC entry, no problem--you'll get hard tix which you can just give to the people with seats.

My RedZone email says that it is collected at Will Call.  I imagine you could go get the RedZone at will call and then send the card with the other group for lower bowl.  If wanted to be extra safe, if the person with RedZone is card holder, pick up RedZone, go in with seats and then ask to be escorted to RZ.

This is what my email confirmation said on RZ:   Thank you for purchasing a (RED) Zone ticket. Your souvenir ticket included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show. All (RED) Zone tickets will be issued at the designated (RED) Zone check in location (or other designated location at the venue) prior to the show on the date of the event only. CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED OUT 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW.

When I did RZ for IE in Chicago, they didn't swipe my card. They checked everyone's photo ID (they would accept DL, Passport or similar official ID) and they had a paper list and paper tickets (as well as the special "RED" ticket) for everyone that was picking up tickets and then walked us to the RZ entrance where we waited a bit in line. So that might help with the theoretical double swipe issue.

Yeah, TM said that for I & E too, and it didn't work that way (I think--although it DID work that way for 360).  You just lined up at the RZ entrance and were scanned in (no actual tickets, at will call or elsewhere).

Here's what it says for RZ on my email this time:

"Thank you for purchasing a (RED) Zone ticket. If you have not received this 3 days before the show please contact Ticketmaster immediately. All packages are will-call only. All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER/ATTENDEE NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. IF YOU ARE ADDING AN ALTERNATE PICK UP NAME please contact XXXXX within 10 days of purchase. If you have any questions regarding the ticket portion of your purchase or have not received your confirmation email, please email XXXX or call XXXX. Please note: This offer is not valid if tickets are purchased through third party reseller."

This is what it said last time too and that's the way it worked on IE in Chicago, but every venue is different. I do know that the email they sent out ahead of time for RZ was VERY detailed. I got mine on 6/29 for the show on 7/2

Sorry, I had to edit to take out the emails and phone numbers. I forgot those are against the rules. I can PM you with them if you need them.

Unless TM has changed their policy, you must enter using the CC that you purchased the tickets with AND with all members of your party at the same time.  I know that NY had some kind of law or venue policy that actually required PAPER tickets last tour.  As an aside, the VISA that I originally used was compromised and I was issued a new one with a different number and it worked fine.
