40% chance of precipitation when the doors open, dropping significantly at about showtime. Even if it's closed when the doors open, it only takes about twenty minutes to open. 23C for showtime, so chances are it will be open. I've seen Springsteen in 2003 and 2012, as well as the last 360 show with the dome open. Having had to endure what Paul Simon sarcastically called the "Acoustic Nirvana of SkyDome", I much prefer the open roof.

Hey, the latest forecasts say the weather may work out.  Forecast is now for T-storms overnight and Friday morning, with risk declining as the afternoon goes on.  The Skydome has sophisticated weather capability, so if there are no storms moving through the area, they can open the roof.  I wonder about sound check though. If they sound check in the afternoon (do they even?) and the roof is closed, would they open it up?  Technically, they could even open between the Lumineers and U2 if the weather was right.  It takes less than 20 minutes.
