Ah, ticket choices just popped up now with my wires password... 

Damn, I wonder if I missed out on red zone tickets because of this delay...

You will need to contact customer support services (1-800-615-1324) with all documents regarding your subscription to solve this...

It was last week... I was able to use the codes OK for the San Diego presale.  Granted, it wasn't right when tickets were released...

This time around, it took nearly 15 minutes after the hour for the wires tickets to show up.  The check box option was there in the filter, just no tickets were available.

As Max said, contact customer support services (1-800-615-1324) with all documents regarding your subscription because it is showing that you are a free member.
