As with the last tours, best thing to do will be to go through the presale link on U2.com when they start and all should be fine. Thanks. I'll try that, for sure. But they didn't have Verified Fan in place for TJT to my recollection, did they? Anyway... can't worry about what's out of my control. I'm anticipating extra dates being added here anyway. No, they did not have Verified Fan in place yet. But great attitude! No need to worry about what we can’t control.
Subscriber peacewillfollow Posted November 2, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 2, 2017 I called the support number on the U2 website (1-800-615-1324) today and it worked. Last night, I was told twice that I had the wrong number, that they couldn’t answer subscriber problems. Today’s rep said this was because I called after normal business hours. Today’s info: if you used your 2017 subscription presale code for The Joshua Tree Tour, you have to renew your subscription to be verified and get a new code. If you renewed your subscription any time AFTER The Joshua Tree Tour presale and BEFORE yesterday’s announcement, you WILL be verified. However, there has been a delay transferring over those fans who renewed before yesterday to get them that verified status. All issues SHOULD BE resolved by this Saturday. Your account will reflect “setup complete” so long as you’ve also connected your Ticketmaster account and signed up for text message alerts. If you want to call to confirm this, please do so during their normal business hours (evenings are not business hours).

Subscriber ramsatw Posted November 2, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 2, 2017 I already renewed my membership even though it's not due until February. I was going to renew it anyway, so.... I'm very bummed it's a 2 ticket limit instead of 4 like last time. Makes it really hard to see the show with friends, which is an important part of the experience. Oh, they'll be going. Just not sitting with us for the evening. That's what I'm talking about.

My subscription gets renewed in July. That means my subscription I paid for in July 2016 was good for the JT tour presale. I ordered tickets back in January of 2017 using a presale code & all was well. Then I renewed my subscription again when it was due in July of 2017, so I'm good until July 2018. But now it says I have to renew again. Is this going to be resolved or do I really have to renew again?
