U2.com 2018 Subscription FAQ Thread

Please go to the U2 Official store (https://u2.fanfire.com/). Scroll to the bottom and click on ORDER STATUS under the MY ACCOUNT column... You will go to the Order status section. Please check the "Your orders from the past year." section - the most recent one should appear... click on the order number so you can go to that particular order page where you will find all the info, including the gift you did choose when you renewed.

If for any reason that information is missing... When you resubscribed and selected the gift, you should have received an invoice email... it's from orderhelp@u2.com (via fanfire.com), the subject is "Invoice for Order# [Your Order # Here]" Check your email archives for it. With the information you find there, you can contact the U2.com store customer support service (CONTACT US on the CUSTOMER SUPPORT column, on the bottom part of the store pages)...

That's kind-of useful, although I had to go to the U2 Store via the link at the top of the U2.com site (not the direct Fanfire link) in order to be logged in.

That said, the information available in my order status is pretty sparse, with no tracking number etc. Still, I've learned to be patient with anything coming from Fanfire -- their process does run at an incredibly glacial pace!
