Subscriber jag2005 0 Posted November 4, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 4, 2017 I don't understand how the website Vividseats has tickets for sale when the presale hasn't even happened yet. I'm not feeling confident about the presale now that I've seen this. I think the only way to finally put a stop to this is to have to provide the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets to enter the venue. Otherwise, it may slow down the scalpers/bots but they'll still be able to get access to tickets, just not as many.
Subscriber kwaite 5 Posted November 4, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 4, 2017 Speculative sales- they don't have tickets but are speculating that they will and hoping people don't investigate to find out tickets haven't gone on sale and "buy" them now.
Subscriber jag2005 0 Posted November 6, 2017 Author Subscriber Share Posted November 6, 2017 That's the only logical thing I could think of. That's why the seats are "to be determined".
Subscriber Ingrida 8 Posted November 6, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 6, 2017 Those aren't real tickets. They're fake and people who buy from any of those sites are going to find themselves with no tickets and no refunds. It's all BS. I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about them.

Subscriber grinch1 0 Posted November 9, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 9, 2017 They're just shorting the market and will purchase them after they get a sale. They're not fake tickets, just over priced tickets that you can get on your own through the fan club sale.
Subscriber theEDGEofTN 0 Posted November 11, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 11, 2017 I was wondering about this myself. My friend pointed it out to me today. She found out about the vivid seats. So they are fake tickets basically? So, this isn't credit card entry? You print out your tickets?
Community Moderator Max Tsukino 2,752 Posted November 11, 2017 Community Moderator Share Posted November 11, 2017 fake tickets... they don't have any but are assuming you don't know so you pay $$$$$ for basically nothing...
